1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing starstylesug.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where shown.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Product images are for illustration — colours may vary slightly on screen.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue any product without notice.
• Availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes out of stock after your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with your order number.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors).
• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, mobile money (MTN, Airtel, M-Pesa), bank transfer, and PayPal.
• Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
• For bank transfers, payment must be received within 48 hours or the order will be cancelled.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Certain products have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for bulk discount pricing.
• MOQ discounts are applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying quantity is reached.
• MOQ discount percentages are as displayed on each product and may change without notice.
• Single-unit pricing applies to orders below the MOQ threshold.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard shipping: $9.99 — estimated 5–10 business days internationally.
• Express shipping: $19.99 — estimated 2–3 business days internationally.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or logistics partners are outside our control.
• We ship worldwide. Import duties and customs taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
• Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch. We are not liable for lost or damaged shipments once handed to the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

• You may return unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, email info@starstylesworldwide.com with your order number and reason.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Customer Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, graphics, product designs, text, and code — is the property of Star Styles Uganda and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Star Styles Uganda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
• We make no warranties about the availability or uninterrupted operation of the website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rights under local law are unaffected.
